Nut Loaf

1 1/3 c. walnuts
1 1/3 c. sunflower seeds
1 1/3 c. almonds
1 T. garlic, minced
3/4 t. Celtic sea salt
1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 c. mushrooms, marinated
1 T. onion, chopped
1/2 T. ginger, minced
2 T. fresh rosemary, de-stemmed and minced
1 T. fresh tarragon, minced
1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1 T. jalapeno, minced
1 1/2 t. cumin seeds (not ground)
1/2 c. olive oil

  • Soak Sunflower and almond seeds 2-6 hours.
  • Soak walnuts 1/2 hour.  Drain and process in food processor with garlic. (Push through a Green Star or Green Power juicer if you have one.)
  • Add remaining ingredients.  Mix well.
  • Place on solid dehydrating sheet if too moist.  Dehydrate 2-4 hours.  (After 1 hour transfer to mesh dehydrating sheet for faster drying.)
