Marinade

Onions:
1 large onion, thinly sliced into ringlets
2/3 c. Braggs amino acids
1/4 c. olive oil Mushrooms:
2 c. mushrooms
1 c. Braggs amino acids
1/4 c. olive oil

  • Onions and mushrooms can be marinated together or separately depending on what's called for in the recipe.
  • The marinade can be strained, refrigerated, and re-used several times.
  • I don't measure anymore, I just pour the Braggs and then add a little olive oil.
