Mango-Butternut Squash Soup

3 c. butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 mango
1 t. curry (I use madras curry or garam masala)
4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. raw honey or dates

Garnish:
banana slices
mango chunks
jalapeno
mint

  • Blend all ingredients in blender until creamy.
  • Freeze or serve with garnish
