Hummus Spread

2 c. chickpeas, sprouted
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. pitted black olives
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 t. jalapeno, minced
1 T. garlic, minced
1/2 t. lime peel (or sun-dried lime)
1/2 t. cumin
1/4 c. Braggs amino acids
1/4-1/2 c. olive oil

  • Process sesame seeds in food processor to make a tahini paste.
  • Add and process all ingredients in a food processor.
