Falafel Spread

1 1/2 c. chickpeas, sprouted
1/2 t. Celtic sea salt
1 c. sunflower seeds, sprouted
3/4 c. sesame seeds
1 T. garlic
2 c. cilantro
2 T. fresh parsley
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. Braggs amino acids
2 1/2 t. lime peel (or sun-dried lime)
1 1/2 t. cumin
1 1/2 t. curry (I use madras curry or garam masala)

  • Process sesame seeds in food processor to make a tahini paste.
  • Add and process all remaining ingredients.  Freeze or serve.
