Corn Cheese
1/4 c. flax seeds
3 c. frozen corn kernels
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
1 t. habanero chili, chopped
1 t. ginger, minced
1 t. garlic, minced
1/2 t. Celtic sea salt
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. olive oil
- Grind flax seeds.
- Add and process all remaining ingredients.
- Spread thin on solid dehydrator sheets and dehydrate 5 hours or to desired
texture (pliable or crisp).
