Buckwheat Crust

1 1/2 c. sprouted buckwheat groats
1/4 c. olive oil
2/3 c. carrot pulp
2/3 c. soaked flax seeds

  • Mix all ingredients in food processor.
  • Spread on solid sheet of dehydrator
    (After 1 1/2 hours, it will be dry enough to
    transfer to mesh layers for faster drying.)

  • Dry to desired consistency.
